To be able to learn about emotional intelligence and more than helping our children learn more about their feelings and emotions, I think I have also learn it for myself too. Feeling so empowered after the session and excited to read the new books, games and arts with the children!! - Joyce
The holding space that felt safe for me to share. - Naomi
Felt really empowered through the Understanding and learning of the type of resources available to help my child and myself in the journey of emotions discovery.
